About the Owner

Hertzel Peretz, the owner and founder of Zetz Flush Construction & Home Services, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Growing up in Israel, Hertzel was introduced to the trade by his father and uncle, who helped him with projects from a young age. He started his career specializing in mosaic and terrazzo tile work, a craft that laid the foundation for his deep expertise in flooring. Over the years, he expanded his skillset and became a dual-licensed general contractor with certifications in OSHA, C54 (flooring, tile, and stone), and as an Andersen windows and doors installer. Hertzel is also certified in waterproofing, ensuring every project is built to last.
